William "Bill" Joseph Parsons, 74, of Kingsland, GA passed away at Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL on February 13, 2025.

Bill was born on August 30, 1950, in New Haven, CT to Elmer Joseph Parsons and Marguerite O'Connell Parsons. He went to Central Catholic Highschool and graduated in 1968. He served in the US Army and the US Navy and then retired. He received numerous awards. Bill worked in the Navy Department of Defense repairing nuclear submarines for 16 years and retired.

Survivors are his loving wife, Lisa Parsons, his children, Rosie, Michael, Tony, Shelby, Ashley and Richard. Grandchildren, Chelsea, Amber, Kathryne, Summer, Patrick, and Emily and great grandchildren. Siblings, Karen (John) Omasta of VA, Maureen Dressler of CT, Joseph (Susan) Parsons of MA, Lynn Parsons of FL, Michael Parsons of CT, Patty (Mark) Fischer of CT, Peter Parsons of CT, and Sandra (Tim) Anderson of VA.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Joseph.
