Walter Anthony "Ceppy" Cepukaitis, 63, of Woodbine, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025, at his residence.

He was born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania to Walter W. Cepukaitis and Ann McNamara Cepukaitis. Walter was a 1980 graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School and Williamsport Community College. He was employed by Electric Boat in Groton, CT and was transferred to Kings Bay GA in the mid 80's. Walter was a wonderful husband to his loving wife of 15 years, "Debbie" Cheung Suk Yee, an avid fisherman, loved football and his dogs Romal and Panzer. He was a very honest person to all his customers, a hard worker, and helped others when he saw a need. Many times, Walter would see animals sick, hurt or struggling and would take them home and try to save them. He did the same for plants and flowers.

Walter was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife "Debbie" Cheung Suk Yee, his mother Ann Cepukaitis, and his two sisters, Alexis Cepukaitis and Teresa "Gina" Pleva wife of James; nieces Christan Daniels, and Teresa Buccieri wife of Nick, nephew Bryce Woodward, and two great nephews.

There are no formal services scheduled.
