Traci Michele Nelson, 54, of St. Marys, GA passed away on July 20, 2026.

Traci was born on December 12, 1971 in Roanoke, VA to Jack Farmer and Virginia McGuire Farmer. Traci grew up in Roanoke where she graduated high school and graduated at the College of Health Science earning her degree as a respiratory therapist all in Roanoke, VA. She lived most of her life in Camden County.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 25, 2026 at Agape Church at 11:00 am. Family will be receiving friends and family for visiting from 10:30- 11:00 am.
