Timothy
Salser
Jul 12, 1966 — Nov 3, 2025
Kingsland
Timothy Lowell Salser, 59, a devoted husband and father, passed away on November 2, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of unconditional love.
His life was defined by his 34+ year marriage to his beloved wife, Shawn, whom he met while both were working at Godfather's Pizza and attending the University of Alabama. When Shawn faced the reality of future health challenges, Tim met those challenges with steadfast devotion, showing his greatest strength to be the love and care he showed her. He was a wonderful husband and a loving father to their three children.
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, on July 12, 1966, Tim was a man of many practical skills, a true "Jack of all trades" who learned resourcefulness from his father, Danny. He was a gifted mechanic with an endless imagination for do-it-yourself projects.
Tim extended his dedicated spirit to his career as an educator and coach in the Camden County School System, where he taught 6th to 9th graders with his trademark love, humor, and patience.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharonda "Shawn" Salser; his father, Danny Lowell Salser; and his mother, Patricia Ann Marnell.
Tim is survived by his three children, Daniel, Jonathan, and Serenity Salser; his sister, Kim (Mark) Taylor; his beloved niece, Megan Marquardt (Alexander); and great-niece, Charlotte Rose. He also leaves behind a cherished extended family.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at Allison's Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea.
In honor of Tim's lifelong love for the University of Alabama, the family invites guests to wear Alabama Crimson Tide colors as a tribute to him.
