Thomas A.
Reichling
Jul 15, 1953 — Dec 11, 2025
Williston
Loving husband and devoted father, Thomas Arthur Reichling ("Tom"), of Williston, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025, at the age of 72. Tom was a devout Catholic who exemplified his faith through his life as a loving husband, father, and grandfather—affectionately known as "Poppy."
Tom was born on July 15, 1953, in Hastings, Minnesota, and moved to Georgia as a child. He loved music, especially playing the drums. He graduated from Georgia State University in 1978 with a liberal arts degree and married the love of his life, Becky, in 1980. Together they shared 45 years of marriage and raised two children, Rachel (37) and Luke (34).
Tom worked as a National Account Manager at United Rentals before retiring. He cherished time spent with his family and his beloved dogs—Porkchop, Oscar, Lucy, and Rose. He enjoyed playing the drums, working in the yard, camping, swimming, running, golfing, gardening, and spending long days at the beach. Tom was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Everyone who knew him had at least one story of how Tom helped them through a difficult time. Tom was always a great storyteller and had a great sense of humor. He was endlessly supportive, generous, selfless, loving, and kind, and he will be forever missed.
Tom was preceded in death by his father, James Reichling ("Jim"); his brother-in-law, Joseph "Joe" Farris; and his nephew, Eric Reichling.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy "Becky" Reichling; his daughter, Rachel Culbreth (Paul "PJ"); his son, Luke Reichling (Melissa); his grandchildren Isla and Violet Culbreth; and his mother, Caroyl Reichling. He is also survived by his seven siblings: Marsha Farris; Kim Reichling (Kathleen); Gerald "Bucky" Reichling (Patricia); John Reichling (Patricia); Nancy Luttrell; Robyn Reichling (Jim Trotochaud); and James "Willy" Reichling.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19, with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to K9s for Warriors, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or World Vision.
