Sarah Ayse Bailey, 53, of Kingsland, GA passed away at her residence on April 24, 2023.

Sarah was born on January 11, 1970 in Frankfurt, Germany to the late Henry F. and Nancy Atav Bailey. She enjoyed travelling, going to festivals, gardening, and was a very generous, good-hearted lady. Sarah was a receptionist at City Hall for the City of Kingsland for eight years and later worked in the hospitality industry. She volunteered for her Coastal Dance Studio family and was a lifetime member of the First Presbyterian Church of St. Marys, GA. All that knew her, loved her, and called her Sasha.

She is survived by her sister, Filiz Morrow (Robb) of Kingsland, GA, and her Aunt and Uncle, Yildiz and Ibrahim, Cousins, Anil and Artun-Özgüner of Izmir, Turkey and two nieces, Maegan Morrow and Makayla Morrow, both of Kingsland, GA. Numerous cousins and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, William H. and Kathleen Bailey, Emin and Naciye Dinçtürk-Atav and several aunts and uncles.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 5-7 pm at Allison Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Thursday,  April 27, 2023 at 10:00 am at Oak Grove Cemetery.
