Roland Eugene Bonin, 73, of Kingsland, GA passed away at Southeast GA Health System- Brunswick Campus on January 6, 2024.

Roland was born in Pinehurst, NC to the late Roland and Sarah Bonin. He served in the United States Airforce and retired after 7 years in 1977.He worked in Civil Service for 16 years. He enjoyed walking to Walmart with his black cowboy hat on, whether it was rain or shine. He also was a member of the Camden County Art Society.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Vennetta Bonin of Kingsland, GA. A daughter, Elizabeth A. Moore of Kingsland, GA. A grandson, Nicholas Moore of Kingsland, GA. Siblings, Harold Bonin, Robert Bonin, Michael Bonin, and Josephine Watkins, all of North Carolina.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Gareth Allcot officiating.
