Philip Clayton 'Clay' Lazenby, 40, of Kingsland, GA passed away on January 20, 2023.
Clay was born on February 1, 1982 in Marietta, Ga to Randy and Duane Gorbey Lazenby.
Survivors are his Fiance', Melissa Dahlke of Kingsland, GA, his mother, Duane Lazenby of Acworth, GA. Siblings, Taris Souden of Dallas, Ga and Lance Lazenby of Kennesaw, GA. A niece and two nephews.
Memorial services are to be held at a later date.
