Nelson Charles Haje, Jr.,73; of Kingsland, GA passed away at Southeast GA Health System- Camden Campus on March 4, 2026.

Nelson was born on April 18, 1952 in Washington, DC to the late Nelson Charles Haje, Sr and Alice Gledis Haje. He was the owner and operator of Potomac Pizza and then later opened up a business where he converted an old greyhound bus station into the Washington Spy in Hagerstown, MD. He collected rare and unusual conifers. He loved life, enjoyed traveling, and was an avid Redskins fan. He lived life to the fullest in all that he did.

Survivors are his wife of 49 years, Karen Haje of Kingsland, GA. Son, Naseem Haje (Amy) of Charlestown, WV. Siblings, Cornelia Sera (Arthur) of Potomac, MD and Ronald Haje (Karen) of St. Marys, GA. Sister in law, Susan Kasmer of Hilliard, OH. Nieces and Nephews, Melissa Sera, Dylan Haje (Michelle), Mark Kasmer (Alyssa), Brent Kasmer (Jennifer) and Jeremy Sera (Leah).

A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday March 8, 2026.
