Nadine Black, aged 88, of Saint Marys, GA, peacefully passed away on October 5, 2023, at Magnolia Manor in Saint Marys.

Nadine came into this world on August 26, 1935, in Ringling, OK, born to the late Kate Mason and Lloyd Lyons. She was a woman of strength and grace, cherished by her family and friends.

Nadine was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Walter Black. She leaves behind a legacy of love, survived by her two devoted daughters, Pamela Freeman and Terri Shiels, both residing in Saint Marys, GA. Her memory lives on through her grandsons, Chad Freeman in Jacksonville, FL, and Craig Freeman in Fairplay, CO, as well as her two great-granddaughters, Ivy Freeman and Ema Freeman.

Nadine had a passion for exploring new horizons, as she and Walter embarked on countless adventures in their motorhome, traversing the country. She found solace in the pages of books, cherished her wonderful circle of friends, and above all, held her family close to her heart. Her warm sense of humor was a beacon that brightened the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

A Celebration of Nadine's Life will take place on October 23, 2023, from 10am to 12pm at the Club House in Osprey Cove. Please join us in honoring the remarkable life of Nadine Black as we remember the love, laughter, and joy she brought to us all.
