Mike Capotosti, 72, of St. Marys, GA passed away on September 14, 2026.

Mike was born on September 14, 1954 in Willimantic, CT to Thomas Daniel Capotosti, Sr. and Wilma Jean Crowley Capotosti. He served four years in the Navy as a Seabee before getting a job in Civil service as a rigger which led him to Kings Bay Navy Base in St. Marys, GA where he worked at Trident Refit as a triper. His passion was coaching his son and daughter and many others.

Survivors are his wife of 52 years, Cindy Capotosti of St. Marys, GA. Children, Jason Capotosti of St. Marys, GA and Michelle Caldwell (Dwayne) of Fernandina Beach, FL. Grandchildren, Austin Caldwell and Kayla Capotosti. Siblings, Tommy Capotosti (JoAnn) Steve Capotosti (Leslie), Kathy Elliott, Joanne Capotosti, John Capotosti, Lisa Jenkinson (Paul), Dianne Shriber (Lance).

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Capotosti.

Services will be held on Monday September 21, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Allison Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
