Linda Kay Smith, 75, of St. Marys, GA passed away at her residence on August 7, 2024.

Linda was born on April 30, 1949 in Lubbock, TX to the late Alvin Ace Buford and Wynell Stanley Buford. Linda worked for General Dynamics at Kings Bay and retired after 20 years. She loved her family and her grandchildren were her whole life. She enjoyed golf, and being outdoors. She was a member of Kings Bay Chapel and she was very active in her church. She was in the choir and the ladies auxiliary.

Survivors are her husband of 56 years, Walter Frank Smith of St. Marys, GA. Daughter, Stephanie Barlow (Brian) of St. Marys, GA. Sisters, Judy Cannon (Glenn) and Gayle Darbyshire (Johnny) both of Texas. Grandchildren, Krissy Barlow, Amanda Thompson (Oliver), Mak Barlow (Lexi), and Luke Barlow. Great Grandchildren, Baylor Barlow, Jet Thompson, and Maddox Barlow.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
