Joyce Ann Gilmore Whitman, 77, of St Marys, GA passed away at her residence on February 18, 2026.

Joyce was born in Tampa, FL on January 1, 1949 to the late John and Beulah Fike Gilmore.

Survivors are her daughter, Teresa Bennett (Grover) of St. Marys, GA, Grandsons, Randy Bennett and Richard Bennett, both of St. Marys, GA. Great Grandchildren, Rhiannon and Wesley Bennett. Siblings, Roy Gilmore (Kathie), Joe Gilmore, Gladys Fulk (James), Ruth Selden (Skip), and June Heneghan. Numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Duane Whitman, Siblings, Bill Fike, John Gilmore, and Freda Lee.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday February 23, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Crossroads Pentecostal Church 13258 GA Hwy 40 West Kingsland, GA 31548
