Joanne L. Fluharty died on Aug. 24, 2025 at the age of 92 in St. Marys. She was the daughter of Ralph & Lucile Clover and was born in Elkhart, Indiana. The family moved back to Ohio and she graduated from West Carrollton High School. Joanne worked at Frigidaire in Morain and met her first husband, George E. Miller, Jr. They had two daughters. After George's death, she married again and moved to Bellbrook. Joanne enjoyed hosting parties and making ceramics. This marriage ended in divorce. She married again to Thomas Fluharty.

In her late life, she enjoyed living in the country near Waynesville and helping with their Sauerkraut Festival, feeding the wild birds and traveling to Florida in the winter months.

She is preceded in death by husband George E. Miller, Jr. of Piqua, Ohio; her parents Ralph and Lucile Clover; a daughter Karen L. Miler; and husband Thomas Fluharty.

Joanne is survived by a brother, Gary Clover and wife, Pat in NJ; daughter Sheila Miller Moore and husband Jim of St. Marys, Stephanie Ford and husband Andrew of Kingsland; great grandchildren A.J., Laurence and Robert Ford.

Her ashes will be interred near her parents in Ohio at a later date.
