Geraldine Dyal, 83, of St Marys, GA passed away at Community Hospice in Fernandina beach, FL on August 16, 2023.

Geraldine was born on September 27, 1939 in Yulee, FL to the late Edward P and Marie A. Thompson Nicks. Geraldine has lived in Camden County since 1962. She was a Homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Marys. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, canning, sitting outside on her porch, and going on summer vacations with her family, She loved going to Missys Buffet and spending time with her cousin Frieda Herring. They would meet up at Hardee's and enjoyed taking trips on Senior tours to different places.

Survivors are her children, Lisa Lee (Virgil) of Kingsland, GA, Larry Dyal of Yulee, FL, and Delinda Crocker (Craig) of St. Marys, GA. Six Grandchildren, Derek Dyal, Jake Dyal (Kayla), Blake Dyal (Samantha), Barry Draper, Chase Lee, and Brittany Hershey (Ben). Six Great Grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Elmo Dyal, siblings, Nell Cook, Robert Nicks, Preston Nicks, Marie Franks, Payton Nicks, and Lillian McGlon.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 5-7 at Allison Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be on Wednesday August 23, 2023 at 10:30 am at Allison Memorial Chapel with Greg Gardell officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
