Annette and Stanley were married on September 14, 1961, and remained together until Stanley's passing in 2016. Her grandchildren were the loves of her life. She had the privilege of spending a lot of time with all the grandchildren during their formative years and built close relationships with all of them as a result. She spent countless hours attending school activities, ball games, and dance recitals. Annette was most renowned for her world class southern cooking. She got a lot of joy from watching
people enjoy meals that she had cooked. Annette was a member of First Baptist Church in St. Marys, Georgia.
