Charles Wahl Ulmer, Jr., 88, of Kingsland, GA passed away at his residence on December 30, 2025

Chuck was born in Rincon, GA on December 6, 1937 to Charles Wahl Ulmer, Sr. and Alma Jones Ulmer. Chuck worked for Gilman Paper Co for 37 years and married Dinah Taylor Ulmer on May 15, 1965.

Survivors are his wife of 60 years, Dinah Ulmer of Kingsland, GA. Children, Cindy Gardell of Woodbine, GA, and Suzanne (Gary) Sharpe of Cary, NC. Grandchildren, Cameron Gardell (Morgan) in Kingsland, GA and Luke (Staci) Gardell of Woodbine, GA, Garrett Sharpe and Matthew (Morgan) Sharpe both of Cary, NC. Great Grandchildren, Josie Gardell, Baylor Gardell, Lucchese Gardell, Olive Gardell, Elsie Gardell, and Judah Sharpe. Brothers, Bernard (Pat) Ulmer and Roy (Marie) Ulmer. Sister, Arlene Barak and Sister in law, Mary Joe Ballard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Westside Church in St. Marys, GA in honor of his memory.
