Obituary

Carol Lou Robson, 85 of Kingsland, GA passed away on November 20, 2025, at her home of Lakes Crossing Senior Care.

Carol was born on February 20, 1940, in Billings MT to the late Manley and Inez Hamilton of Lavina MT.
She has lived in the Kingsland area for the past 34 years and was a devoted housewife to the late Robert
Robson, who preceded her in death October 8, 2021.

Carol enjoyed a lifetime of laughter, family and service to the Lord. Carol and Bob married in 1958 and
had four children: Daniel, Sheyla, Debra and Steven. To keep her children busy, adventurous Carol
became a Girl Scout leader and Den Mother. She followed Bob's career around the country eventually
landing back in Montana when Bob retired from the Navy. She worked as a bank teller in Big Fork and
Roundup.

Bob and Carol left Montana and traveled around the country for five years in their 35' travel trailer. Her
distinct laugh would light up any room and gave away her location. To live her motto of helping and
giving, their "camp site" would lead to volunteering their skills to help build churches in various
locations. They eventually landed in Kings Bay, Georgia. Bob worked on the submarine base while
Carol, gifted in the thread arts such as knitting, crocheting, sewing, tatting and bobbin lace making,
enjoyed teaching her skills to others. She was a member of the Jacksonville Lacers and the International
Organization of Lace.

She is survived by her brothers Carl Hamilton, Ceryl Hamilton (Judy) and her four children, Daniel
Robson, Sheyla Ogilvie (Quentin), Debra Smith (Will), and Steve Robson (Aimee).
