Carla Culbreth Carper, 76 of St. Marys, GA passed away at her brother's residence after a short illness on July 12, 2026.

Carla was born on October 4, 1949 in Waycross, GA to Clint Culbreth and Louise Stansell Culbreth.

Survivors are her siblings, Glenn Culbreth (Andrea Porter) of St. Marys, GA, and Donna Mizell (Wayne) of Eatonton, GA. Grandchildren, Callie Carper and Reagan Carper. Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Clint Carper.

Carla was a resident of Camden County for the last thirty years. She was a cashier for years at Lowe's in Kingsland, GA and was a secretary for many years for Dante's DownThe Hatch. Carla was the head of the Camden County Chamber of Commerce and enjoyed her time on the board. She was crafty, enjoyed cooking, and loved growing flowers and plants.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday July 17, 2026 at 2:30 pm at Allison Memorial Chapel with Martin Turner officiating.
