Obituary

Bonnie Jean Coker, age 55, passed away suddenly on Thursday February 3rd, 2022 at her home in Saint Mary's, Georgia.  Bonnie was born on March 11th, 1966 in Point Pleasant, NJ as the 2nd daughter to the late Susann B. Conover (Cushing, Maine) and the late Robert M. Coker (Brick, NJ)

Bonnie grew up and attended school in Point Pleasant, NJ.  She grew up with a wanderlust and she did just that!  Obtaining her CDL license at a young age, Bonnie first worked for several companies in New Jersey before branching out and living her traveling ways.  Living in such places as Wisconsin, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Tennessee, Florida and lastly Georgia. Bonnie was the definition of an independent and strong willed woman. She never let anything get in her way and was always willing to share her success with her loved ones and even complete strangers.  She had a quick wit and a smile that could light up a room. Bonnie always seemed to have the right answer to a situation even when it may not be the one that you wished to hear. She could always seek out the positive in every situation.  Bonnie was a true Mamma Bear when it came to her children.  She loved them all fiercely.  Included in that were many of her children's friends whom she treated as her own.

Bonnie is predeceased by her beloved son Eric A. Boswell & grandson Nathaniel. She is survived by her daughters Kelly Boswell & Jodie Boswell, Humboult, TN; Megan Boswell, Milan, TN; son Christopher Boswell, Savannah, TN;  grandchildren Jayce & Skyler, Edgewater, FL;  Gunner & Mia, Milan, TN; her Stepdad George Conover, Cushing, ME; two brothers Joseph Coker, Cape May Courthouse, NJ and Brian Coker, Lakewood, NJ, as well as sisters Wendy Rogers, Point Pleasant, NJ; Elaine Conover & Cindy Dziemian, Neptune City, NJ.  Also two nieces and four nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
