Barbara Lynn Gooden, 57 of Kingsland, Ga passed away in Jacksonville, FL. on June 10, 2023

Barbara was born on May 25, 1966 in Hialeah, Florida to the late James and Dorothy Venton, Sr.. She was devoted to her grandchildren. They called her Nana and Nonnie which she loved. She was a simple lady and loved her family dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Howard "David" Gooden of Kingsland, GA. Children, Jamie Palm (Nathan) of Kingsland, GA, Heather Lane (Bobby) of Kingsland, GA and Monica Wells (Benjamin) of Newport Center, VT. Grandchildren, Hunter Wells, Karsyn Palm, Rileigh Lane, Brantley Palm, Levi Lane, and Sawyer Palm. A sister, Linda Opfer of Santee, SC and a step sister, Debbie Miller, of Boca Raton, FL.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step mom, Elaine Venton, siblings Victoria Campbell, Nancy Rielli, and James Venton, Jr.
